Service Description CooCooTopUp is an aggregator marketplace operated by Nebula Digital Limited. We sell third-party app and game top-up packages. After a successful payment, top-ups are delivered to the account ID you provide. 3. Payments All payments are processed securely by our payment partner. CooCooTopUp does not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. 4. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once a top-up has been delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact support and we will investigate promptly. 5. User Responsibilities You are responsible for providing the correct account ID. CooCooTopUp is not liable for top-ups delivered to an incorrect account due to user error. 6. Prohibited Use You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or violation of any third-party app's or game's terms of service. 7. Third-Party Apps & Games CooCooTopUp is not affiliated with the apps or games for which it sells top-up packages. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We act solely as a reseller. 8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific unfulfilled order. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
